I am passionate about life and creating positive change, whether that be within personal relationships or on the global stage.

My professional journey

I have been fortunate to always love the work that I have done – even on the difficult days. I have a varied work experience starting out working in education, moving to National Policy work in the sports sector, before being a  leader in the World’s largest Sports Charity.

My final destination before daring to become an Entrepreneur, was to move into the Corporate sector where I spent 11 amazing years working for one of the worlds leading Brand’s Nike. I started out leading the Corporate Social Responsibility Team in the UK soon to become the Senior Director for Europe and a central player in the Global Community Impact Leadership team.

My favourite part of all of this work has been working in teams and supporting my team to develop their own career path.

Teams
I have led diverse teams, both in personality and location often crossing continents. Teams are always complex but the one key ingredient to their success are the people within them.  I now spend my time working with individuals and teams to be the best they can possibly be.

Sport
My big passion is sport. I have spent most of my career working in and around sport and physical activity always striving to build  systems that will create a physically active world. Through my consultancy I am happy to work with anyone to support the movement that will create this change.

Throughout this time I have come across a great number of elite athletes. I have always been inspired by their focus and dedication to sport. I was always intrigued about what they would do once the inevitable happened and they had to retire. When I dug deep I realised that there is very little support as they transition out of  their single focus of sport. 

In January 2017 I decided to do something about it and realize another of my dreams – to be an entrepreneur and run my own business  brandyousport.com
